      1.Goods Exchange: If the goods is under regular use, the goods can be exchanged or repaired within 15 days if it have quality problem. Exchange goods must be in same style. If we can not offer same style goods due to exceptional case. Then the exchange must be in same brand and quality not lower than original

      2.Free Repair: If the goods is under regular use, we offer 12 months warranty. During the period, we can repair the goods free for quality problem, Non-Durable part such as: XENON bulb, battery is not included.

      3.Life time paid repair: After the expiry of (12 months) warranty. BRITE can offer paid repair. We change only cost of the exchange part, labour cost is free.

     2.Freight & Mode of transpotation

      1.Order: At dealer’s expense

      2.Goods exchange: Freight is at BRITE’s expense and BRITE’s have the right to choose the mode of transportation and carrier.

      3.Free Repair : Freight is at BRITE’s expense and BRITE’s have the right to choose the mode of transportation and carrier.

      4.Life time paid repair: Freight and repair charges is at Dealer’s expense

     3.Comfirm Goods
      1.Dealer must check whether the goods is in good conditions. If the carton is opened or packing is damaged, pls contact with the carrier in time, and they should pay for the damage according to the insurance clause. BRITE have no responsibility for this but would help the dealer to solve the problem.

      2.Dealer must confirm whether quantity, model number, style is same as order immediately. If it is differenct from order, raised objections, from the date of receiving within three days. With special circumstances based on the time of receiving . BRITE will discuss with dealer about solution according to actual Situation (Pls keep the receipt properly. BRITE does not bear any responsibility without relevant voucher)
